BURGLARY CHARGES
MAN COMMITTED TO SUPREME COURT :t (By Telegraph—Press Association) WELLINGTON, This Day. Arthur James Tullet, aged 29 years, steward, pleaded guilty to-day to two charges of breaking, entering and theft at Philips Lamps N.Z. and was committed to the Supreme Court for.,, sentence. The charges were iii connection with burglaries committed on 29th December and 2nd January, four wireless sets and an electric clock of a total value of £BO being taken on . , the first occasion, and five wireless sets/worth about £9B on the second. The police evidence was that Tullett was. interviewed and told of the conviction of Frederick Jones on three charges. Tullett admitted accompanying Jones on two occasions.
