Results:— I Ladies’ championship, second life semifinal : Mrs Anstis beat Mrs Gambrill 26-3.6. Open championship—Second round : F. L. Hartnell beat W. Tye 26-7, 26-2. Handicap singles—Section one, second round; Airs Pitcaithley beat Mrs Palmer 26-13; Airs Petrie beat Mrs Caldow 2624. Handicap singles—Section one, third round: Mrs Bryan beat Mrs Hartlett, 26-24.
