FORMED BY ALI NAHAS PASHA PROPOSED TREATY WITH BRITAIN APPOINTMENT OF DELEGATION 'United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 31st January, 12.25 p.m.) CAIRO, 30th January. Ali Nalias Pasha has formed wliat is described as a neutral Cabinet of friends.
King Fuad appointed a delegation representing all parties under the presidency of Nahas to negotiate a treaty with Britain.
It is understood the elections have been postponed until 2nd May. The new Cabinet is a compact body with only slight political associations. The treaty delegation consists of six Wafdists and five representatives of non-Wafdists parties. All parties have agreed to renounce the election campaign during' negotiations.
