MAN’S 'DEATH IN HOSPITAL (By Telegraph—Press Association) WELLINGTON, This Day. When unloading; operations were being carried out at the Winter Show Association’s building on Tuesday evening, a crate containing a motor-car slipped and struck Mr P. Shipton, of 2 Kensington street, a buyer, on the head. He was taken to hospital by the Free Ambulance sutlering from severe concussion, and on Wednesday night was reported to be progressing satisfactorily. His condition became worse to-day, however, and he died this afternoon.
