PILFERING AT TAHUNA
(To the Editor) Sir,—Like your correspondent “Eorwivei*” in to-night’s “Mail,” I also had my pockets gone through on Saturday at Tahuna, fortunately losing only a small sum. On discussing the subject with other people to-day the writer discovered two other similar cases (not including “Forgiver”) which happened over the week-end. Whether one lcac es one s. clothes under the trees, in private cars, or in the bathing sheds, it is the same tiling. Cannot something he done to stamp out this rotten business? —I am, etC ' ; SALT WATER. Nelson, 27th January.
