QUIST TO MEET CRAWFORD (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) ADELAIDE, 20tli January. In the Australian tennis championships semi-linals resulted:— Men’s singles: A. K. Quist defeated H. '.Hopman, 4-0, 10-8, 0-3; J. H. Crawford defeated A. Kay, 0-2, 9-7, 0-2. Women’s doubles: Misses Blick and Woodward (Victoria) defeated Mrs Hopman (Victoria) and Miss Haytigan (New South Wales) 0-2. 0-4; Misses. C’oyne (New South Wales) and Wynne (Victoria) defeated Misses G. and D. Stevenson (Victoria), 6-4, 8-6. In the final of the mixed doubles, Mr and Mrs Hopman defeated • Kay and Miss Blick, 0-2, 0-0.
