AUCKLAND, 24th January. Thieves who boarded the B class keel yacht Ladye Wilma at her moorings in Mechanic’s Bay on Thursday night or early this morning broke into the cabin and stole a .22-calibre rifle, some rugs and a quantity of stores, of a total value of about' £6. They also attempted to sail the yacht out of. the bay, but were unsuccessful and dropped tho anchor after ' the Ladye Wilma had drifted about 50 yards’
