DOMINION CHAMPIONSHIPS (By Telegraph—Press Association) GISBORNE, This Day. Results in the Dominion women’s hockey championships were: Section A—Eastern Southland v. Canterbury 5-0; Southland v. Marlborough 3-0. This game was very even in the first spell and well into the second spell, when Norton, of Marlborough, retired through injuries. Before the final whistle Southland scored three goals. Belsham scored three and Mclntyre one. Auckland beat Bush 4-1. B section—South Otago v. Ashburton 6-1; Akitio v. Poverty Bay 3-0; Ruahine v. Wellington 0-0.
