Tlie “Daily Mail” says the Scottisli and Welsh Nationalist parties met at Liverpool and drew up a joint declaration, qf which copies will he sent to tlie King, Mr MacDonald, and to the Dominion prime ministers, claiming Dominion status for Scotland and Wales.
