DECREASE IN MEMBERSHIP (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 3rd September, 9.5 a.m.) LONDON, 2nd September. Mr Walter Citrine, Secretary of tlie Trade Union Congress, announced a. 100,000 decrease in affiliated membership. Delegates tc.
