NELSON CITY COUNCIL Lease by Tender—Tobacco Factory fTUIE Nelson City Council invites tenders for a lease of all that parcel of land situate in the City of Nelson, containing One acre, more or less, being part of Sections 1126, 1167 and 1178 on the Plan of the said City and the whole of the land comprised in Deposited Plan No. 2207 and in Certificate of Title, volume 72. folio 236, Nelson Registry, together with the Tobacco Factory erected thereon. The lease shall be for a term of six months. It is a condition of the lease that the premises shall be used solely for the purposes of manufacturing, curing, handling or storing tobacco or tobacco leaf. The successful tenderer shall be required to sign and enter into an Agreement for Tenancy to be prepared by the City Solicitors at the cost of the tenderer, such Agreement to contain the usual clauses inserted in such Agreements.
