The “Daily Mail’s” special Bled correspondent says that Princess Marina, interviewed, said, “I hope to go to London in three weeks time. I cannot say when we will be married.” Prince George interposed firmly, “Before Christmas.” MARINA’S LUCKY CHARM LONDON Ist August. A message from Bled, states that Princess Marina believes the lucky charm that brought her happiness is a gold coin that King Alexander of Yugoslavia gave her. Princess Elizabeth, Princess Marina’s sister, was engaged three weeks after being given a similar coin. Princess Marina told the “Sunday Despatch”: “We really believe in the charm, I am superstitious.”
