FALSIFYING PAY AND TIME SHEETS
(By Telegraph—Press Association) WELLINGTON, This Day. For falsifying pay and time sheets on the Khandallah relief works with the result that he obtained £lO 5s from the Wellington City Council, Phillip Augustus Kesler was given six months’ imprisonment by Mr Page, S.M. There were six different charges. The police said that Kesler had been employed as timekeeper from 16th November to 10th February, and had included in his returns men not actually working on the job. He was a man with previous convictions.
