OPERATION ON RACEHORSES
NEW ZEALAND DOCTOR SUMMONED (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 2nd May, 9.40 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. On the eve of his return to New Zealand after having operated on the racehorses Deep Respect and Koda Pen to cure them of “roaring,” Dr. W. C. Ring was subpoenaed to attend the Central Summons Court to-day. Information contained in the subpoena deals with tliat section of the regulations requiring any person to be registeed by the Veterinary Surgeons Board of New South Wales before pactising in this state.
