RELEASE OF SUSPECTS FAILURE TO IDENTITY (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) PARIS, 22nd April. Spirilo and Carbone, two of the three arrested on the 29th March in connection with the M. Prince murder case, were released at Dijon, five witnesses failing to identify them.
