RANFURLY SHIELD RULES SELECTION OF ALL BLACK . MANAGER (By Telegraph—Press Association) WELLINGTON, This Day, . An amendment to the Ranfurly Shield rules limiting “reasonable expenses” that a challenging union may recover from the gate to an amount not exceeding 50 per cent, of the net gate was made by th e Rugby Conference.
