CURRENCY AND CREDIT (By Telegraph—Press Association) WELLINGTON, This Day. Proposals that the basis upon which currency and credit are to be controlled should he more clearly defined by an amending Reserve Bank Act were submitted to the Monetary Committee today by Mr A. N. Field'.
