Within fifty years Canada will be dictating the policy of the British Empire, according to th e Canadian High Commissioner, -Air Ferguson, in a speech in London. He advised sceptics to note Canada’s geographical position and rate of progress. She was the gateway to great markets in Britain and the Far East, and the day was coming when such traffic would cross Canada.
