INCREASE IN ESTIMATES CIVIL SECTION REORGANISATION (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) BERLIN, 10th April. - It is explained that the increase in the Air Estimates is due in the civil section to reorganisation, giving greater security hv replacing single-engined craft with two-engined. Furthermore, the Lufthansa night service for overseas passenger services is being extended. The summer air servivo will be continued in the winter time. It is officially added that the increases do not violate tli'* Versailles Treaty.

Newspapers resent yesterday’s armament questions in the British House of Commons, especially “Der Angriff” which remarks: “They come from a nation which a few weeks ago increas-, ed the military budget a millions sterling” It adds: “The fuss is nothing hut a flagrant injustice against the German nation, which is grudged the right to protect her peaceful pepple Germany lias the same- right to make official inquiries regarding Britain’s military budget”
