The New Zealand Ladies’ Golf Union autumn foursomes began at Shirley today in dull, showery weather. First round results include: Mesdamcs W. Russell and A. Waddell (New Plymouth) beat Mrs Wilkin and Miss I). Bruce by default. Mrs 0. IT. Reid and Miss Luft.on beat Mesdamcs Donald and Vernon 6 and 4. Miss White-Parsons and Mias Parsons beat Mrs MoFarlane and Morton 5 and 4.
The matches are. played on three-fifths of the coin 1 fined medal handicap, with n limit of 20.
