HAMILTON BOROUGH (By Telegraph—Press Association) HAMILTON, sth April. The collection of rates in the borough of Hamilton discloses n healthy state of affairs, and the borough revenue an ail sides has proved to lie belter than expected. Collections this year represent 91 per cent, of the current rates and 75 per cent, of arrears at 31st March, 1933. Despite the opinion advanced by a section of ratepayers that fewer pro-perty-owners would meet their obligations this year, practically all the county and borough councils in the Waikato report a better response than this tim--last year in respect to current rates end arrears.
