LORD CRAIG AVON’S DECLARATION (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) LONDON, Oth April. “Ulster is in a position to defy any ot’ the King’s enemies. Ulster’s position is impregnable,” declared Lord Craigavon, in a speech at Belfast, adding: “Ulster will always be loyal, and will always be part of Britain and the Empire.”
