MOUNT EVEREST
GERMAN EXPEDITION ADVANCE GUARD STARTS MUNICH, 26th March. The advance guard of a German Himiiaya Expedition, consisting of four experienced alpinists, left Munich yesterday by train for Genoa, where they will take the Italian steamer Victoria for Bombay. The explorers hope to obtain many of the carriers who accompanied the British Mount Everest expedition.
