FIRE AT FREEMAN’S BAY
FACTORY PREMISES DAMAGED LOSS OF STOCK (By Jelegra pit-Press Association) AUCKLAND, This Dav. Damage to the extent of £3500 was done by a lire which about five this morning gutted two floors of the factory ami warehouse of Table Bros., Ltd., upholsterers' suppliers and flock merchants, at freeman s Bay. It destroyed practically the whole stock, and led to damage by fire and water of the stock °1 the New Zealand Theatre Chair Company, in the basement. The latter company s loss is estimated at £BOO The insurances total £I4OO in the Atlas office. The insurances on Tables’ building and stock exceed £4OOO in the Alliance office.
