SENTENCED FOR ASSAULT
REFORMATIVE DETENTION. . (By Telegraph—Press Association) DUNEDIN, This Day. Mr Justice Kennedy sentenced Henry Lesson Mathieson (24) to three years’ reformative detention for assaulting an elderly woman with intent to rob and the tneft of money from the woman’s house. The accused emigrated to New Zealand in 1928. having been nominated bv the victim of the assault.
