BEEF IMPORTS
THE OTTAWA AGREEMENT (United Press Aasociatlon—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 23rd December, 9.20 a.m.) LONDON, 22nd December. Asked in the House of Commons why beef imports from Australia and New Zealand were not being reduced, Mr Elliot, Minister of Agriculture, said that under the Ottawa agreements with those dominions Britain could not at present make any alteration.
