WHY?
[To the Editor] Sir, —Will some one tell me why ye should expect our railways to pay? Why we should bo expected to pay anything towards the cost of the War? Why wo should be expected to pay the British representative to New Zealand? I will be glad to hear the reason why.—l am etc., J. W. WIN. 21st December, 1933.
