CALCUTTA, 28th November., The refusal of the Japanese cotton mill owners to accept the terms agreed upon at the Indo'-Japanese cotton conference has been followed by a threat to recall the Japanese delegates from Delhi and continue the boycott of Indian raw cotton. Indian official circles, however, are not perturbed by this type of Oriental bargaining and are remaining firm.
