NEW ISLANDS
DISCOVERED BY ARCTIC EXPEDITION (United Press Association— By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 21st August, 9.25 a.m.) MOSCOW, 20th August. An Arctic expedition, headed by Professor Viese, discovered a new group of islands in latitude 75-55 and longitude 81-51. They will be called the Izvestia group. They lie south-west of the Chain Islands, discovered in the Arctic last year.
