CONFERENCE AT LONDON .British Official Wireless) RUGBY, 18th August. Conversations between representtives of wheat exporting countries and wheat importing countries will be resumed at Canada House, London, on Monday. The “Daily Telegraph” says the recent fluctuations in wheat prices_ at Chicago and Winnipeg have added importance to the conference and emphasise the need for reaching a firm agreement for the restriction of output and the adjustment of exports to the demand.
