A “LOCK-OUT” DECLARED (By Telegraph—Press Association) CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. Because the Public Works Department lias decided to no longer grant free transport to and from Christchurch for (unemployed .'men working at Ashley camp, the men decided at a meeting to declare a “lock-out,” a term used by the men’s spokesmen in reporting to the meeting. This will not affect the men who are resident in the camp, hut only those who have been travelling there from the city.
