Kumar Digvijnvsinhji, who succeeds Ranjitsinhji as ruler of Nawanagar, is the eldest’ of Ranjitsinhji’s five nephews. He was educated at Rajkumar College, Rajkote, and Cambridge. He lias taken an active, part in the administration of the State. He is a skilful cricketer, prominent in the organisation and development of the game in western Indian States, and one of the keenest supporters of the formation of the Cricket Club of India. x
