HEAVY WEATHER AT RAROTONGA

FORCED TO LEAVE ANCHORAGE

(By Telegraph—Press Association;

WELLINGTON, This Day. The Makura from San Francisco arrived two days late because of heavy weather encountered at Rarotonga. She leaves this evening for Sydney, where she is clue on Sunday. They were at Rarotonga together owing to the stewards’ dispute at Wellington having delayed the Maunganui.
