IRgli explosive was used in an attempt; to blow up a culvert and railway bridge spanning Barnesmore Gap, County Donegal. A number of keystones were dislodged, the. structure split* and the permanent way. damaged for a ; considerable distance. Temporary repairs enabled it to be used. PORTION OF LINE TORN UP LONDON, 12th February. An explosion on the Belfast-Dublin railway at Dunmurray, after the train service -was stopped, tore up the sleepers and rails for some distance. ,
