REMAINING IN PACIFIC CONCERN AT TOKIO (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 13th February, 8.40 a.m.) TOKIO, 12th February. Attaching importance to Admiral Pratt’s announcement that the American Atlantic fleet is remaining in the Pacific until July 1934, the Japanese naval authorities discredit the reasons assigned and consider it a veiled threat coming at the present time of Japan’s critical 'situation with the League of Nations.
