BARGAINS FOR REDUCTIONS The “discount" girl lias made her up. pearahce among tile shoppers in London establishments catering for women s dress. She is the girl who bargains with the sales hands for a price reduction for cash. Inquiries made recently show that her keen shopping methods are making a certain appeal to the large shopkeepers. “Miss Discount’’ lias discovered that many big firms, whose outstanding accounts amount to thousands of pounds, are glad to do business with a customer who can pay cash for the goods slic buys.
