INTRUDER AT DOORN
ARMED GERMAN FOUND IN EX-KAISER’S CELLAR (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) AMSTERDAM, 13th December. A well-dressed, unknown Gorman, armed with a. revolver and bowio knife, was discovered in the cellar of the exKaiser’s residence. It is believed that lie intended assassination, lie was overpowered after vigorous resistance. lie refuses to make a statement.
The police are reticent regarding the Doom- intruder, whom servants recognised as a man seen loitering in the village for (he past few days. He apparently climbed the castle wall and hid in the tower.
