PRISON ESCAPEE
(By Telegraph—Prees Association) WELLINGTON. This Day. William Schluter, who escaped from Mount Eden on 29th April, and was recaptured near Ilunlerville, posing as a fisherman, appeared before Mr Page, S.M., charged with being an incorrigible rogue in that lie escaped from a place ot legal confinement, lie was remanded for a week.
