HUNTER CASE
ALLOWANCE MADE TO LADY HUNTER (By Telegraph—Press Association) WELLINGTON, This Day. Judgment was delivered by Mr Justice Blair in the, Supreme Court yesterday in an application brought by Lady Hunter, widow of the late Sir George Hunter, for the payment of a capital sum out of the' estate. His Honour allowed Lady Hunter £4OO a year from the date of her husband’s death, but refused an application for permanent maintenance made on behalf of her daughter, Edith May Hunter.
