NORTH-WEST FRONTIER PROVINCE
APPOINTMENT OF GOVERNOR (British Official Wireless) RUGBY, 2nd March. The King has approved of the appointment of Colonel Sir Ralph Griffith to he Governor of the North-West Frontier Province, with effect from the date on which the new Constitution of the province comes into operation. Colonel Griffith is at present chief commissioner of the province.
