There is a fair attendance and the track is in excellent order. Results: — Omarunui Hack Hurdles, of 80 sovs; one mile and a half.—2 Royal Lineage, 9.11, 1; 1 King Wanga, 9.2, 2; 3 Lochaby,’ 9.0, 3. Scratched: Crown Link. Won by three lengths, twenty lengths. Time, 2.46 1-5. Esk Hack Handicap, of 75 sovs; six furlongs.—4 Imperial Fame, 8.12, 1; 3 Royal Hunting, 8.5. 2; 2 Chief Clerk, 7.0, 3. Scratched : Thrasher. Won by a neck. Time, 1.14 1-5. INVERCARGILL TROTTING CLUB INVERCARGILL, This Day. The Invercargill Trotting Club’s Meeting opened in dull weather.
