AUSTRALIAN UNIONS ALARMED
(United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) MELBOURNE, Gtli August. Marine unions are greatly concerned over the C.P.R. and Union Company merger. Tlley fear that if the Aorangi and the Niagara are placed on Canadian articles at least GOO crews on Australian articles will he displaced by coloured labour, and the Prime Minister’s attention has been directed thereto, requesting action.
