MR RONALD CHAMBERLAIN

MUSICAL RECITAL

I\lr Ronald Chamberlain, who is visiting Nelson as examiner in Music and Elocution for Trinity College of Music, London, will be in Nelson over the weekend and has kindly consented to give a musical recital of an informal character on Sunday evening at the School of Music.

Mr Chamberlain is a gifted performer upon his instruments, pianoforte and organ, and lias a wide musical experience, for some time being lecturer and examiner in music and elocution at Chester Training College, associated with Liverpool University. His compositions include works for pianoforte, organ, violin sonatas, and songs and choral compositions. Nelson folk are especially favoured in being able to hear this musician. Tie has consented that a retiring collection be taken up. the funds therefrom to be devoted to the unemployed relief fund.
