CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. Charged with stealing goods valued at £SOO from Muling and Company, Ernest Cooper Smith (45). formerly manager of Aitchison and Steans merchants, was re mnnded till Tuesday. Counsel for the defence said there was some doubt regarding Hie case, and investigations were being made. Bail was fixed at £250.
