COAL SETTLEMENT
SCOTTISH MINES (British Official Wireless) RUGBY, 4th August. Tho settlement, between tho Scottish coalownors and miners was ratified yesterday, when at a meeting of tho Scottish Coal Conciliation Board an agreement was signed respecting new wage terms for a 7^-hour shift.
