PHYLLIS SYMONS’S DEATH
.MURDER CHARGE AGAINST GEORGE COATS (By Tolograph—Preßs Association) WELLINGTON, This Day.
Preliminary proceedings in connection with the trial of George Errol Coats on a charge of murdering Phyllis Avis Symons will bo commenced in the Magistrate's Court on Wednesday. When Coats appeared and was further remanded to-day, Mr Treadwell offered no objection, saying be understood this was to be the final remand.
