WITHDRAWN FROM RACE (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) LONDON,-4th August, It- was announced from the Royal yacht that owing to the loss of the second mate, who was swept overboard, the King is not starting the Britannia in the King’s Cup on the 4th August.
