OVERWHELMING VOTE IN FAVOUR (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Received sth August, o:s’ a.m.) BARCELONA, 4th August. All Catalonia is rejoicing with flags and parades following the result of the plebiscite giving an overwhelming majority in favour of a draft statute of autonomy with which President Marcia is going to Madrid to present to the Cortes. An acrid debate thereon is inevitable, for the rest of Spain by no means approves of Catalonia’s aspirations. ■ ■
