AUCKLAND, This Day.

In consequence of fill' Justice Herdman’s decision, delivered, yesterday, the Auckland Education Board decided today to withdraw the notices of dismissal previously sent to about fifty married women teachers. Further action is contemplated by the Board. It was decided to ask {lie Minister of Education whether the Court’s judgment represented his desire when he brought the amending legislation before Parliament.
