TO ITALIAN BUYERS U)v Telegraph—Press Association) AUCKLAND, This Day. Another of tho New Zealand Shipping Company’s steamers, the Ruapehu, lias been sold. The vessel, which lias been engaged in the trade between New Zealand and Great Britain for many years, is at present laid up at Falmouth harbour. Mr J. 11. C. Bond. Dominion Superintendent for the Company, who is visiting Auckland, stated that cable advice from England announced the sale of the Ruapehu to Italian buyers.
